Out of Hours
LAGANDOC, the local out of hours provider, looks after the urgent needs of patients from 6.00 pm to 8.30 am weekdays, and 24 hours at weekends and bank holidays.

Appointments
Appointments can be made through reception. Telephone 028 9260 3111.  Normal appointments are for 10 minutes only and cannot accommodate two people unless agreed by the doctor.

Test Results
If you are requesting results please telephone 028 9260 3111 between 9.30 am and 5.30 pm. Please advise the receptionist which test you are enquiring about.

pillsRequests for Repeat prescriptions may be made in person, online or by telephone / fax request to Reception. If you find it difficult to come into the surgery during opening hours, we will be happy to post your repeat prescription to you providing you enclose a stamped addressed envelope.

There is a 24-hour answer phone for making requests for medication.  Please use this service rather than ringing the main Reception, if possible.  Telephone 028 9250 1289 or send a fax on   028 9266 1335.

Requests for repeat prescriptions are dealt with as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee that they will be ready for collection until one clear working day after your request. Please plan in advance when you need your repeat prescription, as there is not always a doctor available to sign prescriptions.

Hospital letters, which require us to issue you with medication, are treated in the same manner as repeat prescriptions and we need the same length of time to prepare them.
